Established on June 27, 1980, the Friends of Old State House Museum holds a steadfast commitment to enlightening individuals about the historical significance and treasures held within the Old State House. We aim to strengthen the Old State House’s public education role through collaboration, engage the community in preserving this historic landmark, provide multifaceted financial support for acquisitions and preservation approved by its governing body, and host enriching events for connecting like-minded individuals who seek to deepen their appreciation of the Old State House’s legacy.
